       Title: Jim’s Tomato Surprise Appetizer

       Yield: 4 Servings
  
    2.00 ea Large ripe tomatoes, sliced
    0.50 c  Prepared pesto sauce
            Cream cheese, softened
            Fontinella cheese, grated
            Ritz crackers
  
   Slice tomatoes, arrange on plate. Top with a tsp of pesto per slice.
   Put cream cheese in a piping bag and top pesto with a swirl. Sprinkle
   grated cheese over and serve with crackers.
