       1 ea onion
     2/3 c  walnuts
       1 c  brown lentils
       3 ea hard boiled egg
     1/4 t  salt
     1/4 t  pepper
       2 t  dijon mustard
 combine onions and walnuts in a food processor
 process until finely chopped
 add remaining ingredients, process to desired consistency spoon into a
 plastic lined gelatin mold
 chill for 2-96 hours
 unmold onto a serving platter
 serve at room temperature or slightly chilled
