                              Bourbon Wieners

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
 --------  ------------  --------------------------------
      3/4  cup           bourbon
    1      cup           catsup
      1/2  teaspoon      oregano -- crushed
    1      teaspoon      onion -- grated
      1/2  cup           brown sugar
    1      pound         cocktail wieners
 
  Mix first 5 ingredients in saucepan and simmer 1 hour. Add wieners.  You
 may use large wieners cut into bite-sized pieces.
 Cook over low heat 15 minutes. Serve hot with toothpicks.
