                              MARINATED GARLIC

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    6                    Heads garlic
      1/2   c            Soy sauce
      1/2   c            Sweet sherry
      1/2   c            Cider vinegar
      1/4   c            Honey
 
   Measure marinade into a sauce pan, add garlic and
   bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring
   occasionally.  Simmer vigorously for 1 minute.
   
   Remove from heat, pour into jar, cool and cover.
   Leave at room temperature for 2 days, then refrigerate
   for 20 days before using.
