                             Tortilla Roll ups

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
 --------  ------------  --------------------------------
   16      ounces        cream cheese
    1      package       hidden valley ranch dressing mix
    2                    green onion
    4      large         flour tortillas
    4      ounces        pimiento -- diced
    4      ounces        green chiles -- diced, canned
    2 1/2  ounces        black olives -- diced
 
 Mix first three ingredients.  Spread on tortillas.  Drain veggies and blot
 dry.  sprinkle on top of cream cheese.  Roll tightly.  Chill minimum of two
 hours.
 
 Slice and serve.
