            Chopped parsley
  
   Recipe by: COOKING MONDAY TO FRIDAY SHOW # MF 6726 Right after toasting,
   rub the bread with garlic and cover it with mushrooms. Drizzle with oil,
   season with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley.
