      1/4  C             Fresh Parsley -- Chopped
    2      Tbsp          Mayonnaise
   24      Whole         Mushroom Caps -- Or You Can Use
   24      Whole         Hollowed Out Cherry Tomatoes
                         Fresh Parsley -- Chopped
                         Pine Nuts
 
 gently combine mustard, Roquefort, parsley and mayonnaise.
 Fill mushroom caps or tomatoes.
 garnish with parsley and pine nuts.
 Makes 24

 NOTES : This filling is also delicious in Belgian endive leaves or snow peas.
