                             Cocktail Meatballs

    2      pounds        ground chuck
      1/2  cup           fine bread crumbs
    1      tablespoon    dried parsley
    1      teaspoon      red pepper
      1/2  teaspoon      black pepper
      1/2  teaspoon      onion salt
                         celery salt
                         garlic salt
                         salt
      1/4  teaspoon      oregano
    1                    egg lightly beaten
 
 Mix all ingredients and shape into small balls.  Place on greased cookie sheet 
 and chill for 1 hour or longer.  Bake at 450° F for 9 minutes.
