                            Party Quiche Squares

    1      package       pie crust mix -- (11 oz.)
    1      package       frozen chopped -- (10 oz.)
                         broccoli -- thawed and drained
    1 1/2  cups          shredded Swiss cheese
    2      tablespoons   all purpose flour
    1      cup           chicken broth
      3/4  cup           heavy cream
    5                    eggs
    2      tablespoons   Dijon mustard
 
 Prepare pie crust mix according to package directions; roll out on floured surf
 ace to 16 x 11 inch rectangle. Arrange on bottom of ungreased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x
  1 baking pan. Combine broccoli, cheese and flour; arrange evenly over pastry. 
 Blend chicken broth, cream, eggs and mustard; pour evenly over broccoli mixture
 . Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center co
 mes out clean. Cool slightly, cut into squares. Garnish as desired. Makes 50 ap
