                             Tortilla Roll ups

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
 --------  ------------  --------------------------------
    8      ounces        cream cheese
      1/2  cup           mayonnaise
    4      ounces        cheddar cheese -- shredded
    4      ounces        mozzarella cheese -- shredded
    1      package       Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix
    1      bunch         green onion -- sliced
    1                    green pepper -- diced
    1      package       large flour tortillas
 
 Mix cream cheese with remaining ingredients, except tortillas.  Spread cheese m
 ixture on tortillas.  Roll up jelly roll style.  Slice into 1″ pieces.  Secure 
 with toothpicks.
