                         Desiree’s Onion-Crab Puff

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    1      large         Maui onion -- minced
    3      stalks        celery -- minced
    1      pound         imitation crab -- shredded or minced
    1      pound         Swiss cheese -- shredded
    1      cup           mayonnaise
    1      tablespoon    dry mustard
    1      pinch         paprika
                         Salt and pepper to taste
    1                    boboli bread -- (10-inch)
    1      can           sliced olives -- (4 oz)
 
 Preheat electric oven to 400ø F.  In a bowl, combine all ingredients except
 the bread and olives; mix well.  Spread mixture over bread; top with olives.
 Bake for 7 to 10 minutes then broil for 5 minutes or until top is browned.
 Serve immediately.  Makes 6 servings.
