                             Crab Stuffed Eggs

    1      dozen         hard-boiled eggs
    1      cup           crabmeat -- flaked
    1      cup           finely chopped celery
    2      tablespoons   chopped green pepper
    1      teaspoon      dry French dressing mix
      1/4  cup           mayonnaise OR 1/3 cup sour cream -- can use Light
 
 With a knife slice hard cooked egss in 1/2 lenghtwise. Remove yolks and chol. A
 dd flaked crabmeat, celery and green pepper. Combine dressing mix with  mayonna
 ise or sour cream. Add to egg yolks. Mix well. pile into egg whites. Chill.
