       Title: Sesame Prawn Toasts

       Yield: 4 servings
  
       6 oz Shelled prawns
       4 oz Haddock fillet, skinned
       2    Eggs
            Salt and pepper
       4 sl White bread,crust removed
       4 tb Sesame seeds
            Oil for deep frying
            Watercress to garnish
  
   Toast the bread.
   Chop prawns, haddock, 1 egg, and salt and pepper to taste in processor
   until smooth.
   Spread evenly over toast.
   Beat other egg and brush over the fish mixture, then press down onto the
   sesame seeds until evenly coated.
   Deep fry each slice separately in hot oil for 2 minutes. Drain and cut
   into 8 to 12 fingers.
   Serve warm garnished with watercress.
