       Yield: 1 1/4 cups
       3 c  Water
       1 lb Unpeeled medium-size fresh
            - shrimp
       2 pk Cream cheese, softened
            - (3-oz. each)
     1/3 c  Catsup
       1 ts Grated onion
       1 ts Prepared horseradish
     1/2 ts Ground red pepper
     1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
   Bring water to a boil; add srimp, and cook 3 to 5
   minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Drain well, rinse
   with cold water. Chill. Peel and devein shrimp.
   Reserve 3 shrimp for garnish; coarsely chop remaining
   shrimp. Set aside.
   Combine cream cheese and remaining ingredients in a
   mixing bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer
   until blended. Stir in chopped shrimp. Spoon shrimp
   mixture into a small serving bowl; cover and chill for
   at least 2 hours.
   Garnish with reserved whole shrimp. Serve with
   assorted crackers.
