                         GARLIC & PARMESAN POPCORN

    2       tb           Corn oil
    2                    Garlic cloves, split
                         Salt
    1                    Garlic clove, minced
                         corn oil and olive oil over -- ¥
                         kernel popping
                         split garlic
                         pot, and shake
                         vigorously
                         heat.  Remove
                         minced garlic,
    2       tb           Olive oil
      3/4   c            Popping corn
      1/4   c            Grated Parmesan
                         Ds
                           high heat until the oil smokes.  Add 1
                           corn and heat until kernel pops. Add
                           cloves and rest of popping corn, cover
                           gently until corn starts to pop.  Shake
                           until popping subsides. Remove from
                           garlic and toss popcorn with Parmesan,
                           cayenne and salt.
