Mix cereals and pretzels in large bowl; set aside. Heat peanut butter and margarine to boiling in 1-quart saucepan, stirring occasionally. Pour over cereal mixture in bowl, stirring until evenly coated. Spread in ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches; bake 5 minutes. Meanwhile, microwave jelly in small microwavable bowl uncovered on High about 30 seconds or until melted. Drizzle jelly over cereal mixture; bake 5 minutes longer. Stir in raisins. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight container. 10 cups snack.
