* Exported from MasterCook * Jerky Recipe Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 cup Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Caribbean Jerk Seasoning 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp Black Pepper -- coarse ground 1/2 tbsp Red Pepper -- crushed Mix all ingredients together. Marinate your strips of beef in this sauce for 12 to 24 hours in the fridge and then dehydrate. My husband puts everything in a large ziploc bag to marinate (less cleanup).
