       Title: Hot Buttered Rum

       1 lb Butter
       1 lb Light brown sugar
       1 qt Vanilla ice cream,softened
   1 1/2 ts Ground nutmeg
   1 1/2 oz Rum
     1/2 c  Boiling water
            Grated nutmeg
   Beat butter with electric mixer at high speed until creamy,gradually
   beat in brown sugar until mixture is smooth and fluffy, add ice cream
   and nutmeg. Continue beating until well mixed. Store in refrigerator.
   TO SERVE: Put 1 heaping tablespoonful mix into mug. Add 1 1/2 ounces
   rum and 1/2 cup boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Top with grated
