                       Angelica Liqueur 2 (Drambuie)

    1 1/2  Tsp           Chopped Angelica Root
    1      Fifth         Scotch
    1      Cup           Honey
 
 Add the angelica to the Scotch and let it steep only overnight.  Strain
 the Scotch and add the honey.  If you let it sit undisturbed for two
 months, the cloudiness will settle and you can siphon off a sparkling
 clear liqueur with a golden color.  If you don't mind the cloudiness, it
 can be used right away.
