                           Irish’s Cream Liqueur

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    2                    Eggs
    1 1/3  c             Evaporated milk
      1/2  ts            Chocolate syrup
    1      ts            Vanilla
      1/3  ts            Lemon ext
      1/4  ts            Instant coffee
    1 3/4  c             Irish whiskey
 
   Place all ingredients in a blender; blend well.  Bottle and let
 mellow in
   frig at least one week before serving.  We found this best after 1
 to 2
   weeks.  Store in frig.  liqueur may be served at room temp by
 removing from
   frig an hour or two before serving.
 
   Use within 6 months.
