    5      cups          1-1/2 % natural yogurt -- * see note
 
   Place yogurt in cheesecloth-lined sieve set over a bowl. Let drain in 
 refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight. Discard liquid.
 
 Makes about 2 cups.

 NOTES : * Be sure to use natural yogurt; those with added pectin may not
