   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    4      ounces        pimientos -- chopped
    1      cup           nonfat mayonnaise
    1      tablespoon    fresh lemon juice
    1      teaspoon      dry mustard, hot (Spice Island)
      1/2  teaspoon      cayenne pepper
      1/2  teaspoon      Worcestershire sauce
    2      cloves        garlic -- minced
    8      ounces        colby cheese -- grated
    8      ounces        cheddar cheese -- grated
 
 Mix well with a rotary beater, adding cheese last.  Continue beating until
 smooth.  Store in tightly sealed container.
 
 Makes 4 cups.
