       Yield: 1 cups
       3 oz Roquefort cheese; crumbled
       1 tb Onion; minced
       1 sm Garlic clove; minced
     1/2 c  Mayonnaise
     1/2 c  Sour cream
       1 tb Vinegar
       1 tb Lemon juice
         ds Pepper
   Combine cheese, onion, and garlic in a small mixing
   bowl; mix on low speed of electric mixer 3 minutes.
   Add remaining ingredients; beat mixture 2 mintues or
   until smooth.  Chill.
   Yield: 1-1/2 cups
