       8    Dried tomato halves
     1/4 oz Flat anchovy fillets
       2 cc 2
       2 tb Lemon juice
       4 ts Olive oil
     1/2 ts Low-sodium soy sauce
     1/4 ts Fresh ground pepper
   Soak tomatoes in boiling water to cover, 2 minutes.
   Drain and reserve water. In a mini processor, combine
   tomatoes, 2 T reserved soaking liquid, anchovies and
   garlic; process until finely chopped. Add lemon juice,
   oil, soy sauce and pepper; process until blended. Stir
   ini 2 more T soaking liquid. Cover and refrigerate
   until ready to use. (wrv)
