       Title: TASTY TAHINI DRESSING

     1/4 c  Tahini;
       6 tb Water;
       2 tb Fresh lemon juice;
         ds Red (cayenne) pepper;
  
   Tahini, also called sesame paste, is available natural
   food stores. This is nice on fish, poultry, tofu,
   omelets or salads. Blend all ingredients together with
   wire whisk.   Makes about 1/2 cup. Food Exchange per
