     1/2 c  Soy oil
       2 tb White vinegar
       1 tb Tomato paste
       1 tb Soy sauce
       1 tb MSG (optional)
     1/2 ts Salt
     1/2 ts Ground ginger
     1/2 c  Sliced celery
     1/4 c  Coarsely chopped onion
   Combine oil, vinegar, tomato paste, soy sauce, MSG,
   salt, ginger, celery and onion in blender container
   and blend at medium speed 3 to 4 seconds until celery
   is finely grated. Makes 1 1/4 cups
