       Yield: 1 servings
       2 tb Fresh lime juice
       1 tb Vinegar
     1/2 ts Sugar
     1/2 ts Dry mustard
       2 ts Dill seed, coarsely ground
       1 tb Mayonnaise
     1/3 c  Olive oil
            Salt & freshly ground pepper
   Blend together all ingredients except olive oil; add
   oil in a steady stream, whisking or blending until
   thoroughly combined.  Add salt and pepper to taste.
   Yield: 1/2 cup.
