       Yield: 3 /4 cup
       2 tb Wine
       2 tb Vinegar
       1 tb Dijon Mustard
     1/2 c  Olive Oil
     1/4 ts Dried Oregano
     1/4 ts Dried Parsley
       1    Clove Garlic, minced
   In a small bowl whisk together wine, vinegar, and
   mustard until blended. Slowly pour in olive oil,
   whisking constantly. Whisk in oregano, parsley, and
   garlic. Use for a dressing on mixed greens.
