       Yield: 6 servings
       2 c  Vegetable oil
     2/3 c  Or more cider vinegar
     1/4    To 1/3 cup tamari or soy
       2    To 3 thick slices of ginger
            One thick slice onion
            Just over 1/3 cup orange
       1 tb Tomato paste
   Puree the ginger root and onion in a food processor
   using the metal blade. Add all other ingredients and
   blend well.  Use as dressing for light green salad.
   Sorry for the approximate amounts.  The recipe was cut
   down from a very large one and all the measurements
   did not break up evenly. You can also very amount of
   ingredients, ginger, vinegar etc. according to your
