       Yield: 12 servings
     1/2 c  Corn oil
       1 tb Black pepper, freshly
     1/4 c  Lemon juice, fresh
       1 ts Grated lemon peel
       2 tb Brown sugar
     1/4 c  Cider vinegar
       6 ea Egg yolks, hard boiled
       1 ts Salt
     1/2 ts Garlic, minced
       1 tb Oregano, dried & crushed
       2 tb Onion, minced
   Bring oil to a boil and add the sugar, lemon juice,
   lemon peel, & vinegar. Reduce heat to low and add the
   garlic, onions, oregano, salt & pepper. Cook for 3
   minutes and remove from heat. Mash egg yolks and stir
   into pot. Allow to cool to room temp then mix into
   sald or pour over. NOTE* For a sweeter dressing add 1
   more Tablespoon of brown sugar.
