2 Tablespoons Pepper -- coarsely ground
cracked
3 Tablespoons Onion powder
2 1/2 Tablespoons Coarse salt
2 Tablespoons Garlic powder
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire powder -- look for Le Chateau
2 Teaspoons Ground ginger
2 Teaspoons Dry mustard
1 tsp Sugar
Mix all the spices together and store in an airtight container for up to 8
weeks. Tailored for tender cuts of meats.
