       1 c  half and half
     1/2 c  sugar
     1/2 c  white wine vinegar
       1    egg yolk
       2 t  dry mustard
       1 t  flour
     1/8 t  kosher salt
 
 combine ingredients in the top of a double boiler 
 heat and whisk over a medium-low flame for 60 minutes, until slightly
 thickened
 serve hot or warm
