                                Creole Sauce

    4      tablespoons   chopped green bell pepper
    1      small         onion -- chopped fine
    2      tablespoons   butter
      1/4  cup           sliced mushrooms
    2                    tomatoes -- sliced
    1      cup           brown sauce -- see recipe
                         salt and pepper
 
 Simmer green pepper and onion in butter or margarine until soft.  Add mushrooms
  and tomatoes, simmer about 5 minutes.  Add brown sauce and bring to a boil.  S
 eason with salt and pepper.
