    1      Tbsp          Oil
    2                    Onions
    4      Large         Garlic Cloves
    2 1/2  Lb            Ground Beef
    5      Tbsp          Chili Powder
    1      Tbsp          Paprika
    1      Tsp           Oregano
    1      46 Oz. Can    Tomato Juice
    2      can           Kidney Beans
    1      tbsp          Salt
 
 Brown onions and beef in large pan for about 5 minutes..  Add rest of ingredien
 ts and cook over a low heat for one hour.
