        2  cups          yogurt
                         Juice of one lemon
        1  tablespoon    rice wine vinegar
      1/4  cup           mint, -- chopped
 
 
 In a blender, combine cucumbers and yogurt. Blend until smooth. Stir in
 remaining ingredients and chill.
