3.00 c potato water
0.50 ts salt
1.00 ea garlic; clove
1.00 c cream; sweet
Boil and mash potatoes and garlic (onion may be used instead of
garlic); add potato water, salt and cream. Let come to a boil and
serve at once with salt wafers. Serves 4.
