---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.02 Title: PEACH MELBA (WEDMAN) Categories: Diabetic, Desserts Yield: 6 servings 6 Peach halves, fresh or can 1/3 c Low-fat vanilla yogurt 1/2 c Raspberries, pureed Sugar subs. if needed Place each peach half in a serving dish. Spoon about 1 tbsp yogurt over each peach half. Pour on the raspberry puree.
