                               Sherry Cake

   1      package       Yellow cake mix
   1      package       Instant vanilla pudding  (large)
     3/4  cup           Salad oil
     3/4  cup           Sherry wine
   4      each          Eggs
     1/2  teaspoon      Nutmeg
   1      teaspoon      Cinnamon

Mix all the ingredients, then beat on medium speed for five minutes.  
Pour into a well greased bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 
minutes.  Cool 15 minutes before removing.
