                               VINEGAR PIE

   1                    egg
   3      tablespoons   cider vinegar
   1      teaspoon      lemon extract
   4      tablespoons   flour
   1      cup           sugar
   1      cup           boiling water
   1                    baked pie shell

Mix sugar and flour together.  Add boiling water.  Cook 5 minutes.  Add lemon
and vinegar.  Put in pie shell cool.
