   2      tablespoons   Applesauce
                        Pumpkin pie spice to taste
     1/2  teaspoon      =TO=
     3/4  teaspoon      Brown sugar -- packed
   2      teaspoons     =TO=
   3      teaspoons     Flour
   1      tablespoon    =TO=
   1 1/2  tablespoons   EACH chopped walnuts and
                        -raisins -- optional
