Combine flour, sugar, and cinnamon; cut in margarine wit h 2 knives or a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Brush apples with egg, and roll each in flour mixture. Arrange apples in a greased, shallow baking pan; fill cavities of apples with a ny remaining flour mixture. Pour orange juice into pan; bake, uncovered, @ 350 F for 1 hr or until apples are tender.
