* Exported from MasterCook * Chili Casserole Recipe By : Mrs. Kenneth Kleeman Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:25 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 medium Onion -- chopped 2 tablespoons Butter 2 pounds Ground Beef 1 16 Oz. Can Tomatoes And Juice -- or more as desired 1 can Pitted Black Olives -- drained 1 12 Oz. Can Corn Kernels -- drained 1/4 cup Cornmeal 4 teaspoons Chili Powder -- or more to taste 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt -- or to taste Pepper 1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese Brown onion in butter in skillet. Add met nd brown. Drain off fat. Add remai ning ingredients except cheese and mix. Season. Put in a 3 quart baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350ø for 40 to 50 minutes.
