Each) -- thawed and d rained 1 can cream of celery soup -- undiluted 1 cup sour cream 1 cup uncooked long grain rice 1 cup mozzarella cheese -- shredded In a skillet, brown beef; drain. Add mushrooms, onion, garlic, oregano, salt a nd pepper. Add spinach, soup, sour cream and rice; mix well. Transfer to a gr eased 2-1/2 qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
