* Exported from MasterCook * Ham and Sour Cream Baked Noodles Recipe By : Adapted from San Francisco Chronicle Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Pasta Casseroles Microwave Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 8 ounces pasta -- cooked and drained 1 1/2 cups nonfat cottage cheese 1 1/2 cups nonfat sour cream 2 cuos ham, extra lean -- chopped 1/2 cup egg beaters® 99% egg substitute 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup green bell pepper -- chopped 1/2 cup celery -- chopped fine 1/4 cup onion -- chopped fine 1 tablespoon margarine Put the cooked pasta into a bowl and toss with the cottage cheese, sour cream, chopped ham, egg substitute, salt, bell pepper, celery and onion. Add salt and pepper to taste and margarine. Spoon into a 3 quart casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
