Recipe By : JACQUELINE MALLORCA Serving Size : 10 Preparation Time :0:30 Categories : Appetizers Chronicle Vegetables Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pkg frozen artichoke hearts -- (9 oz.) 1/4 c. chicken broth 1 clove garlic -- minced 1/2 lb. bacon (slices) Simmer frozen artichoke hearts in chicken broth with the garlic until tender, about 6 minutes. Drain. When cool enough to handle, wrap in thinly cut bacon and secure with a toothpick. Broil until bacon is crisp, and serve warm. Alternatively, wrap in prosciutto and serve cold. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - NOTES : You may want to cut the bacon slices into smaller lengths so the bacon isn't overpowering.
